When do I get my tee once I place an order?

We aim to process and print all orders for shipment within 2 to 5 business days (not including weekends or holidays) after they are placed. During peak holiday season there may be delays in processing and printing time.

We print and ship from the West Coast. Shipping transit time depends on the shipping method you choose when you place the order. On average, USPS Ground Advantage takes about 5 to 7 business days in transit. USPS Priority Mail takes 3 to 5 business days, and USPS Express Mail takes 1 to 3 business days.

All domestic USA shipping methods come with tracking. These shipping methods are subject to weather and courier delays, both of which are out of our control.

Returns & Replacements

Our tees are custom made to order, meaning that we print them once you place your order. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges due to a wrong size selection or buyer's remorse.

We do offer replacements or refunds due to defective prints or tees. We inspect all orders before they're shipped out, but we're human and sometimes defective prints or tees slip through.

If you receive a bad print or a defective tee (such as holes, ripped seams, etc), contact us within 15 days of delivery at support@untamedtees.,com. Please provide the order number as well as details and photos/videos of the issue so we can reprint the tee at no cost to you or issue a refund.

Please note that we are not responsible for transit issues and delays, as well as lost, stolen or refused packages.

What is direct-to-garment (DTG) printing?

We are a print-on-demand shop, which means your tees are printed only after you place your order using the latest direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology. We are proud to say we have the best print quality amongst our competitors.

Tee Care Instructions & Shrinkage

Expect 10-20% shrinkage after first wash if washed & dried on medium to high temperatures. To keep shrinkage at 5% please wash and tumble dry on low temperature. Or you can Air dry for optimal results. Please turn the tees inside out to protect the prints.

• Wash: Machine, cold/warm, inside out, like colors

• Tumble Dry: Low

• Bleach: Only non-chlorine

• Dry Clean: No

• Iron: No

My order shows as being returned to sender

There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender but most often it is due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs or refused/returned. You will receive notice once the order arrives back to our facility to determine how you would like to proceed or to give us an updated address if you wish to have the product reshipped. New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed at customs, returned, or had an incorrect address originally provided.

What happens if a package wasn't delivered but the tracking states that it was?

If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but you have yet to receive it, we won't cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.

There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the customer's address. Customers should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch."
