Shipping & Refund Policy

Order Processing & Printing Time

We aim to process and print all orders for shipment within 2 to 5 business days (not including weekends or holidays) after they are placed. During peak season, there may be delays in processing and printing time.

Shipping Transit Time

Shipping transit time depends on the shipping method you choose when you place the order. On average, USPS Ground Advantage takes about 5 to 7 business days in transit. USPS Priority Mail takes 3 to 5 business days, and USPS Express Mail takes 1 to 3 business days.

All domestic USA shipping methods come with tracking. These shipping methods are subject to weather and courier delays, both of which are out of our control.

Transit time for international orders may take significantly longer (4 to 8 weeks) as they are subject to customs inspection and courier delays. All international orders are subject to customs duties and fees, for which you are solely responsible.

Refund Policy

Our tees are custom made to order, meaning that we print them once you place your order. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges due to a wrong size selection or buyer's remorse.

We do offer replacements or refunds due to defective prints or tees. We inspect all orders before they're shipped out, but we're human and sometimes defective prints or tees slip through.

If you receive a bad print or a defective tee (such as holes, ripped seams, etc), contact us within 15 days of delivery at support@untamedtees.,com. Please provide the order number as well as details and photos/videos of the issue so we can reprint the tee at no cost to you or issue a refund.

Please note that we are not responsible for transit issues and delays, as well as lost, stolen or refused packages.
